Lisa Freberg

Lisa, a native Texan, brings over three decades of experience as an executive in the entertainment industry to her Real Estate career in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. In addition to selling real estate, Lisa is the Co-founder & Managing Partner of One Good Man Productions based in Los Angeles, CA. She is a former DreamWorks Animation executive having overseen development and production for branded content for franchises including How To Train Your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, Penguins of Madagascar and the beloved Shrek Franchise. Prior to her career at the studio, she was a television commercial producer and documentary filmmaker.

Having overseen and managed multi-million dollar projects with fortune 500 corporations for example Nike, Budweiser, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Verizon with 100+ crew members, she is well versed in contract negotiations, interpersonal communications navigating the waters of complex deal making to ensure a win-win transaction and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Working in the entertainment industry for over two decades took her all over the world, she enjoyed being in some of the most incredible homes, ranches and farmhouses, ranging from luxury architectural digest caliber to one room log homes in the middle of a forest – and that is how her love for all things real estate blossomed! When making a film or commercial, the locations are one of the most important aspects of storytelling. As Lisa says, “We may not spend time thinking about this, but our homes really do tell our story, the story of our interests, memories and the life we live”.
